These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coin of Fate mobile application ("the App"), made available by TEKKNIGHTS ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Coin of Fate is an entertainment and self-reflection tool. It helps you notice your own gut instinct by asking what you're hoping for while a virtual coin is mid-flip. The App does not tell fortunes, predict the future, or provide any form of professional advice. Every "verdict" is generated by a simple randomised coin flip on your device — nothing more.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, medical, psychological, or any other kind of professional advice. Coin of Fate is designed to reflect your own instincts back at you, not to make decisions for you. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, whether or not you used the App to help make it, and we accept no liability for outcomes resulting from your use of the App.
The App is generally accessible to all ages and collects no personal information regardless of the user's age (see our Privacy Policy). If you are under the age required by your app store to make purchases on your own, any in-app purchase must be made with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, subject to your app store's own age and payment policies.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, its design, its coin artwork, or any part of its source code.
Coin of Fate has no account system — there is nothing to sign up for. All decision history, profile information, and preferences are stored locally on your device, and you are solely responsible for backing them up (via the in-app export feature) if you wish to preserve them across a reinstall, device change, or data clear. We are not liable for any loss of local data, since none of it is stored on our servers.
All in-app purchases (including coin skins and any other paid feature) are billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — TEKKNIGHTS ("the Developer") never receives or stores your payment details and has no ability to view, process, or override a transaction on its own.
Neither the Developer nor Coin of Fate is responsible for any issue arising from an in-app payment — including failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges, billing errors, or disputes over a purchase. All refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google through their own support channels (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history for Play purchases) and are granted or denied solely at their discretion, under their own refund policy.
Certain coins and themes may also be unlocked temporarily, free of charge, by choosing to watch a rewarded advertisement. This grants a time-limited pass (currently 24 hours for coins, or a 2-day pass for premium themes) stored only on your device. This temporary access is not a purchase, confers no permanent ownership, does not transfer between devices, and does not survive an app reinstall or a data clear.
The App displays a limited number of ads via Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ad content is selected and served by Google and its advertising partners; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of individual ads, or any third-party website or app you may reach by interacting with one.
The App, including its name, logo, coin designs, illustrations, copy, and underlying code, is the property of TEKKNIGHTS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the App or its content to you.

The App relies on third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, and Google AdMob) to function. Your use of those services is also governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control and for which we are not responsible.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEKKNIGHTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, decisions, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any decision you make as a result of using it. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time simply by uninstalling it. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature or a change in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and continuing to use the App after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you reside.
